"Nerdcore rap standout MC Lars' 'Atom Your Awesome' is one of the decade's best man-crush-inspired tributes around" - In Tune

"Zolof the Rock & Roll Destroyer's take on 'Happy Birthday Ralph' is fairly straightforward, but fits perfectly with the band's happy-go-lucky-sound-juxtaposed-with-deranged-lyrics reputation. Worm Quartet offers a great rendition of 'It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Lib 2008,' with new words filling out the Mad Libs-inspired tune, at a bit faster of a pace. Locas in love wins the award for most original cover with a slow, elegant version of 'I Am Downright Amazed at What I Can Destroy with Just a Hammer.' And hearing the Emotron tear it up on 'Me and My Black Metal Friends' is always entertaining." - Punknews

"mcchris comes out winning with a hiphop version of 'Punk Rock Academy' that rivals the original in greatness while Yidcore does a great job of punking up 'Avenger'." - Punkrock Theory

"In what has to be the most perfect cover song / artist pairing ever, mcchris doing 'Punk Rock Academy.' - Rock Star Journalist

"The real winners here are Locas in Love. They do a folk punk take on 'I am Downright Amazed at What I Can Destroy With Just a Hammer' that keeps the humor of the original, but takes it in an acoustic direction, eschewing keys or sequencers or beatboxes for strummed guitars. This could be a campfire sing-along." - Rock Star Journalist
